Why do people upload rap and pop songs that are remixed???

Hi people.

I wonder why in this community people do uplaod snoop dog - the next episode "a remix", and many other shitty rap and pop songs?

This should be a community dedicated to the genre of Electronic Music. I'm just wondering if this goes on, will this community start to jump over to a more mainstream style?

Or maybe it's just me who dislikes the rap & pop music, but i think it seems very very wrong to put a name like snoop dogg right above the ones of like Andy moore, sean tyas etc....

I feel you....I hate that aswelI... guess people are just uploading everything they have and they dont even care if its under Trance, House, Dnb section...i only upload tunes under trance section that everyone is waiting for (Ingrosso's Calling, Alessos new remix, etc)

I mean com'on people.... In my opinion I think we should take responsibility and report these uploads. so they maybe can be deleted.

Well poeple can find other places to upload their rap&pop shitt, just not at this community!

I'm at a loss as to what counts or not. Surely T-Pain isn't remixing Snoopy Snoop Doggy Dogg. So does this mean Armin can't remix Justin Bieber (him and Tiesto are probably flipping the coin to see who gets the honors).
But what about old pop songs that have been remixed (well)?

Luckily I don't download, but I do see new uploads when I visit TC and I seriously have to shake my head sometimes... Flo Rida? Ga Ga? NEXT BIEBER?!


This community better not become a mainstream brothel full of people with low EQs who like cRAP music.

I don't mind other music, and I like many genres that aren't Trance, but predominantly this is a (www.)TRANCEcommunity(.com)

I've just taken a look in the Trance HQ Singles forum, and my oh my. There's too much... Guetta/Tiesto/Swedish House Mafia etc. aren't Trance artists, and that's probably for starters... RIP Trance, it was nice knowing you.

There's even a Ga Ga song remixed...

All that shite would be fine in the DANCE section (you expect a large volume of commercial shite when you think dance) or HOUSE section for house remixes of this type of crap... at a push (although i hate saying that second one because i love house lol).

Perhaps we should create a big post to remind people to start threads in the correct and relevant sections and force people to view it. I'm not against pop remixes here as long as they aren't shoved in the wrong section (i.e. Trance). As for what to consider a pop remix... the lines could get very blurry... i mean i like some such as '_____- set fire to the rain (Thomas Gold Remix)'... which is pop remixed into House but with decent sound lol... obviously would go fine in House sections, but not Trance. Whereas anything by that Ga Ga feller in Dance

Dude, tell me about it. I haven't really explored House apart from the (mostly) crap I used to listen to. Still, I know there are people who say there is good house, and I think it's tragic that House has become such a whory word... Trance might be House#2?

well the thing is that if you put tracks into house section and u open the home page of trancecommunity u see TRANCE tracks...now ofc thats alright since its TRANCEcommunity but some people like both and are waiting for some massive tunes (incl. the ga ga remix by my boy thomas gold) and if you would upload them to the house section they probably wouldnt even check or forgot about it...but again there are tons of other sites (that i use) for house music...and as i said ...i only upload under trance section if its a big house release that everyone is waiting for....

but if people are uploading random commercial house tracks that nobody even cares or knows then that should be (re)moved

Are you serious? You contradict yourself majorly.

If people were waiting for massive tunes, then they would know what genre they are and look accordingly.

If people weren't waiting for them, they wouldn't look accordingly.

So, people are just so desperate to get their hands on a tune, yet can't be bothered looking for it? Yawn... Not only that, there's a search function, which I've used many, many times. So if they were really, actually, waiting for a tune they would search for it if they couldn't find it.


Here it is, pal. You only upload House under the House section. Leave the Trance section for Trance!



For the record, I think that your House tracks such as Lady Ga Ga -Judas (Tom Gold Remix) are crap, and can go under "random commercial house tracks that nobody even cares or knows" about, and should definitely be REmoved.

I have no problem you expressing your opinion that you think his tracks are crap, and that Trance like that is dying.

Regardless of how you feel about his tracks, his tracks are Trance productions, thus relevant.
