Gave up the gym about 6 months back but planning on buying a lot of gear myself for the house
Have recently invested in these. Bowflex selectable dumbells ![]() Handy being able to change weights in seconds without them taking up lots of space Next on the list is a good dumbell bench |

Not so much a bodybuilder, but I do do weights for toning and I do alot of cardio like jogging and those machines you see in the gym. I always listen to trance or drum n bass when jogging, keeps me going alot more. Tiesto - Parade Of The Athletes on full volume is beast when working out. :)

I wouldn't call myself a bodybuilder, but I'm a pretty buff dude and hit the gym a lot. I have a degree in exercise science. Can't listen to trance while lifting, only during cardio. I prefer hardcore stuff like Hatebreed and Killswitch Engage when I want to move some serious weight.

I do hit the gym alot, and we use to jack the stereo with a FM-frequense thingy.
There is nothing like a good NO product, trance music and heavy squats:D

My squat sucks. I got up to 315 back in the day. Probably about 285 now if I went for it. I can leg press like 800, though. Highest dead lift was 435. Bench calc says I could do 300 now, but I haven't tried. My highest before was 285.

Just PR'd a dead lift today at 445 lbs. I probably could've hit 460, but my back was pretty jacked already and I didn't want to hurt myself. I didn't even decide to go for it until like halfway through my regular build up, so I had more sets than I proper one rep max test.
