picture cannot be shown on the thread

I upload the picture already, but it couldn't be shown when I'm posting a thread, and I saw many people here in the same status. The size does not exceed the limit I'm sure, any solution here?

what picture is it and ill try find out? it has to be braking some kind of limit. might be a glitch

upload it to anywhere else like http://imageshack.us/ and post the link here

are you talking about the avatar or profile picture? maybe your uploading a profile picture rather than an avatar
