CrazeShare - New File Hosting Website

As many of you may know, I created CrazeShare.info for TC, originally. Now it's getting really popular lol 71 members within 24 hours! Amazing.

Now I am asking all of you, our users, what features you wish to see. Make sure they are practical.

Right now we have a VERY SMALL TEAM OF CODERS and we are LOOKING FOR MORE to add to our Payroll :) So if you can code PHP then send me a PM there'll be some money in for ya. :toung:

Your site is pretty much flawless, from what i can see so far :)

It would be good to be able to upload from the net, like enter a url of an already hosted file from rapidshare etc.. and add it to your crazeshare account. Saves downloading and re uploading again.

Also, when youre going to upload, when you click the dropdown box for which folder you want to upload to it closes again quickly, the first time you click it, just a small annoyance :)

And a progress bar, but i hear youre working on that already!

I would like to see a download counter so i can see how many hits my uplaods have.

also it might be a good idea to remove the ability to rename files as it will cause a lot of broken links if people dont realise when they change the name it will change the url. im assuming it will anyway

@Arctic. i dont think thats possible with any upload site. the transferring from Rapidshare. im sure Rapidshare have it blocked to prevent abuse

also the dropdown menu thing your talking about doesnt happen to me so maybe its your browser

but first and foremost a progress bar :)

Indeed, stats would be cool, also disable the rename if it will cause broken links, i doubt ppl will go back to the thread and paste the renamed link!

You can upload from the web with mediafire, if youre a premuim member.

yeah but can you transfer from mediafire to another upload site without downloading to your own pc

say theres a file on hotfile i want, you can enter the url in mediafire, and upload it directly to your mediafire account.

indeed, saves downloading then uploading again, good for people who post scene releases, as they can transfer the file to their crazeshare account to secure it and prevent the dead link problem!

The sites is very good, On thing I would like to have on the site is when u upload a file, You can se the time left and the speed. When thats fixed the site is better than rapidshare :D

alrite :) do you know if much stuff has been uploaded yet? i havent been on it in a few days, and last time there wasnt really anything on there, it'd be cool to get all like the vengeance sound packs etc on there

I have about 13gb's uploaded on there, i set it private as i want people to come here to get more.

Hope the site comes back online soon
